A contoured alder body with 24-fret Prestige JEM neck provides easy access to all registers. A deep routed tremolo cavity allows extreme pitch change - up or down. Vai's choice of specific DiMarzio pickups arranged in the H-S-H configuration, combined with Ibanez Split-5 wiring, provide incredible tonal versatility. Tree-of-life inlays on the rosewood fingerboard, mother of pearl pickguard, gold-tone hardware and the JEM body cutout all come together to give this guitar a style all its own. Comes with case.
